All ammunition sales are Final. If you receive an order and believe there is a defect, please contact us immediately.
Returns will only be accepted for merchandise found defective upon receipt. Salt Creek Custom Ammunition will provide a replacement of the defective merchandise or a full refund if a replacement is not available.
Salt Creek Custom Ammunition does not claim any responsibility for items damaged during shipment. For items damaged during shipping, users need to file a claim with the carrier. Please use our contact form located on the contact page if you receive a defective item.
All items will be shipped via UPS Ground
We are currently unable to ship to individuals in the following states. If you live in one of these states and would like to order, please send us a message with your local FFL dealer address and we'll make an order for you.
- Alaska
- Connecticut
- Hawaii
- Illinois
- Massachusetts
- New Jersey
- New York State
- Washington, DC
Due to local laws/Shipping restrictions, we cannot ship ammunition to the following:
- PO Boxes
- APO and FPO Addresses
- Canada
- Outside the United States
Restocking Fee
Any customer who orders ammunition in states/areas listed in the section above will have their orders canceled and a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Please check your laws and regulations if you live in one of these states. We will only ship to an FFL dealer in these states. Check with your local gun store and see if they are able to receive ammo. If they are able to receive ammunition, contact us using our contact form and will consider taking orders on a case-by-case basis.
